I had very painful experiences as a child and greatly feared going to the dentist most of my life. Since meeting Dr. Steiner over 8 years ago I can now say that my fears have been replaced with pleasant memories.
Dr. Steiner is sensitive and gentle with his patients. He is easy to talk with, listens to your concerns and has a good sense of humor too. I elected to have all my old silver fillings removed and replaced with new white ones (something I would never have done in the past unless necessary) but knew I was in good hands with him. I had a partial made and wear a mouth guard at night to keep from grinding my teeth. I get regular checkups and cleanings now.
I highly recommend him.
I love her personality and she makes me feel like she is concerned for my needs. She answers all of my questions, is very gentle and makes me feel relaxed. She makes me feel very special.
Dr. Steiner was first recommended to me by a co-worker when I started working in Charlotte and needed a new dentist since mine had retired. This was about 12 years ago and I have been really happy with him. He is not only highly qualified, but honest and loves his work or else he wouldn’t still be working at his age. He not only cares for his patients, but also his staff. When he was laid up for many months with a broken leg, he took measures to keep his staff working. I have been retired since age 70 and have continued to drive to Charlotte just for his care for five years now. All of my other doctors in Charlotte have been replaced with ones closer to my home, but not Dr. Steiner. I was also impressed by the fact that he was the dentist called to do emergency work on a celebrity years ago when she was filming in Charlotte. He has certainly earned his good reputation. He was out of my dental coverage network when I had it through work, but his charges were the same so I didn’t suffer financially by still choosing him over a dentist within the network. He keeps his practice cutting edge for his patients’ benefit. I can’t say enough good things about him, but will stop here.
